• The device is not to be used with persons with pacemakers or defibrillators.
• The device is not to be applied over implanted plates or screws.
• The device is not to be applied to an open wound, bruises, incisions, tumors, or cancer.
• The device is not to be applied over bony surfaces.
• The device is not to be used on a patient with a history of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) blood clots.
• The device is not to be used on a patient with a disease(s) that deep vibration is not recommended.
• You will need to stop the session if irritation, swelling, excessive redness, or pain increases.
• WARNING: This device should not be used over swollen or inflamed areas or skin eruptions.

Shipping times: US orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 3 business days if the item is in stock. 

International orders take 5- 7 business days to be delivered, we ship within 3 business days if item is in stock.

TENS and NMES target different nerve groups of the body. TENS is specifically targets the sensory nerves, which are responsible for sending pain signals to the brain. 

NMES targets the muscle itself, specifically through the motor nerves. This allows the NMES machine to create a muscle contraction to recruit more muscle fibers when training; warming up or recovering. 

Sensory and motor nerves fire at different frequencies, which is why NMES and TENS devices affect the body differently.

The general blade-type massage tool is made for professional use, because, in order to use it, you are generally required to have professional massage certification to locate and treat the damaged areas with the appropriate amount of pressure. 

However, Hyperblade is designed to add micro-vibration and Micro-current technology to the blade-type massage tool, which helps you to experience a professional-quality massage with ease, even if you don’t have professional knowledge and skills.

International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees.

These funds are not paid to Hyperblade USA nor are they set by Hyperblade USA rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier.

Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.

We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.

We do not mark packages as a gift.

To falsify the amounts paid or the contents of the package on customs forms could lead to hefty fines that our business would not be able to handle.

We offer a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy : If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer Exchange or 100% refund. 

Timing: we have a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received if the item is not as described. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase with all original tags and labels attached. 

For returns, please email support@hyperbladeusa.com FIRST, with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

Please note shipping fees are not refundable (if initially covered by us, they will be deducted from the return payment).

If you want to return your order we will charge a 20% restocking fee.

When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
