    Hyperblade USA ("we," "us") is the operator of hyperbladeusa.com. By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below.

    1. General

    All orders are subject to stock availability. While we work to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to confirm whether you would like to wait for restock or have us fulfill the available items first.

    2. Shipping Destinations

    We ship to addresses in the United States and worldwide.

    3. Shipping Cost

    We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders.

    4. Delivery Times

    4.1 Order Processing

    Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation, subject to stock availability. During high-demand periods, holidays, or stock replenishment cycles, processing may take longer. If your order will be delayed, we will notify you by email.

    4.2 Transit Time — United States

    Orders shipped to U.S. addresses are typically in transit for 7–14 business days from dispatch. Some orders may arrive sooner; remote or rural addresses may take longer.

    4.3 Transit Time — International

    Orders shipped internationally are typically in transit for 10–21 business days from dispatch. Transit time varies based on destination country, customs processing, courier, and other factors outside our control.

    4.4 Pre-Order Items

    Pre-order items are typically shipped and delivered within 25–30 days of order placement. The pre-order ship window is shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

    4.5 Out-of-Stock Items

    If an item in your order is out of stock at the time of fulfillment, we will email you with an estimated ship date. You may choose to wait for restock or cancel the item for a full refund.

    4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

    If your delivery time has exceeded the estimates above, please contact us at support@hyperbladeusa.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

    5. Address Changes & Restrictions

    5.1 Change of Delivery Address

    Address changes can be made at any time before your order has been dispatched. Email support@hyperbladeusa.com with your order number and the corrected address as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.

    5.2 Incorrect Addresses

    Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. Orders that are undeliverable, returned, or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund. We may offer a re-ship at customer cost.

    5.3 P.O. Box Shipping

    We are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

    5.4 Military (APO/FPO) Addresses

    We can ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Standard courier services are not available to these addresses.

    6. Order Cancellation

    You may cancel your order at any time before it has been handed to the shipping carrier. Email support@hyperbladeusa.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.

    We do not charge cancellation fees on orders cancelled before dispatch.

    7. Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

    Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by the destination country upon arrival. These charges are set and collected by your country's customs authority, not by Hyperblade USA. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure of potential charges.

    Packages are declared at the value paid by the customer, in accordance with international postal regulations. We do not mark packages as gifts and will not falsify customs declarations.

    If you refuse to pay duties or taxes on arrival, the package may be abandoned, destroyed, or returned to us at your expense. In these cases, a refund cannot be issued.

    8. Lost or Stolen Packages

    If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it:

    • Allow 3–5 business days — packages are occasionally marked delivered before final hand-off
    • Check with neighbors, household members, or building management
    • Contact the carrier directly to file a missing-package claim
    • Contact us at support@hyperbladeusa.com and we will assist where we can

    For packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we are not financially responsible for items reported missing by the recipient. We will, however, do our best to help resolve the situation.

    9. Tracking

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24–72 hours after dispatch to begin showing scan events.
