Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation and stock confirmation.
Processing may take longer during high-demand periods, holidays, stock replenishment cycles, or pre-order periods.

Delivery Times
United States
Orders shipped to U.S. addresses are typically in transit for 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
International
International orders are typically in transit for 10 to 21 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary based on destination country, customs processing, courier network delays, local delivery conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are shipped according to the estimated shipping window shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
Most pre-order items are shipped and delivered within 25 to 30 days of order placement, unless a different timeframe is listed on the product page.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock at the time of fulfillment, we will email you with an estimated shipping date.
You may choose to wait for restock or cancel the item for a full refund before it is dispatched.

Delivery Delays

We will review the tracking details and assist with a carrier follow-up where possible.

Address Changes
Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
To request an address change, email admin@hyperbladeusa.com with your order number and the corrected address as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the order is not eligible for a refund.
Where possible, we may help arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

P.O. Box Addresses
We are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses for some products and courier services.
Please provide a physical street address at checkout where possible.

Military Addresses
We can ship to APO and FPO addresses where supported by the carrier.
Delivery to military addresses may take longer than standard delivery estimates.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before it has been handed to the shipping carrier.
To request cancellation, email admin@hyperbladeusa.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded to the original payment method.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for next steps.
We do not charge cancellation fees for eligible cancellations before dispatch.

Duties and Taxes for International Orders
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by the destination country upon arrival.
These charges are set and collected by your local customs authority, not by Hyperblade USA or Cyber Informatics LLC.
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges.
Packages are declared at the value paid by the customer in accordance with international shipping requirements.
We do not mark packages as gifts, and we do not falsify customs declarations.
If a customer refuses to pay duties or taxes on arrival, the package may be abandoned, destroyed, or returned to us. In these cases, shipping costs, return fees, and related charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
Check with other household members, neighbors, building management, or your local delivery office
Allow 3 to 5 business days in case the carrier marked the package as delivered before final handoff
Contact the carrier directly to open a missing package claim
Email us at admin@hyperbladeusa.com so we can assist where possible
We are not financially responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported missing by the recipient.
We will assist with tracking review and carrier follow-up where possible.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24 to 72 hours after dispatch to show movement.
