1-Year Limited Replacement Warranty
All products purchased from hyperbladeusa.com are covered by a 1-year limited replacement warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care.
What Is Covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship that appear during the warranty period.
- Products that stop working or malfunction under normal use and proper care.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, liquid exposure, or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or discoloration.
- Damage resulting from failure to follow the product instructions or improper maintenance.
- Consumable parts such as pads, tips, straps, or batteries beyond their expected service life.
- Loss or theft of the product.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or outside hyperbladeusa.com.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If your product develops a defect within the warranty period, email admin@hyperbladeusa.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or a short video showing the issue
We may request additional information to assess the claim. We aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days.
If the claim is approved, we will replace the product or the affected component at no cost to you. Where a replacement is not available, we may offer an equivalent product or a refund at our discretion.
Important Notes
- This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
- Proof of purchase (your hyperbladeusa.com order number) is required for all claims.
- Replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
- This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
