Hi. I had problems with cervical vertebrae C1-C3. As a result of cervical injury, on skis and bad habits while sleeping, I often woke up with a headache... after using the device, I feel a huge improvement. Especially since these vertebrae directly affect the lumbar spine. I will definitely use it every day. 10-20 minutes of therapy and a great improvement in the comfort of life. I recommend it to everyone.

Taking it slow but definitely feeling the difference and the relief from discomfort and refered nerve pain. Simple to use and doesn't trigger my clostraphobia which is nice.

At present I’m only able to use once a day ! Not sure if I’m over doing it with adjustments or not but I’m keeping on for about 20mins until my jaw starts to ache ! Only been using for 2weeks but I’m thinking there is a slight improvement so far

I use it daily for about 20 minutes It seems to be helping with my arthritis in my neck. The pain is reducing a bit and my neck mobility is improving too. It seems like a good tool to have in my tool box for my neck. Along with a neck massager heater and a good massage once in a while
For me, three to four 15 min. Sessions in the first few days alleviated most of my issues. Now i wear it a few minutes once or twice a week. I coupled it with deep tissue massage visits and a chiropractic care.

I have had chronic "tech neck" pain on and off for several years due to sitting in my office chair and working on a computer. I began to experience severe neck pain at the base of my skull/top of my neck area about 3 weeks ago due to staring at a computer screen and excessive reading. I developed severe suboccipital headaches and tension headaches. I felt like my eyeballs were going to pop out of my head. I thought I would give this product to try. All I can say is "WOW"!!! My headaches have gone, I still have some muscular pain/stiffness in my neck however, it is getting better day by day. I usually wear the brace for about 10-15 minutes at the end of my work day and it really helps decompress my neck and has eliminated all tension headaches. Great product, I highly recommended. I am not receiving anything for this review, I am an attorney in McHenry, Illinois. i just cant say enough good things about this brace.
