I purchased this to replace my Rapid Release Therapy (RRT) device which has 10k RPM. It is lighter=+, it has more attachments =+, the lack of ROM is very noticable, but so far I still get the desired results. That it is 10x quieter than the RRT is a huge +++. I am massage therapist using the device during every session at least 15 min and longevity, battery life and noise are important to me. So far it meets my expectation. Only weak spot I see is the power button. In the past with other devices the silicon cover for the power button always break down from frequent use and my use of oils. I need to touch the tool with a towel all the time to prevent a breakdown. That and the power are my only downsides.

Great Machine great results
As a Chiropractor who has used and recommended and an all out fan of RRT Rapid Release brand products for about 10 years, I decided to try this product after both of my RRT Pro-2 units died after many years of heavy use and the company no longer offered repairs, and their units are all battery operated now and the list price is $999 + tax. I ordered the HyperBlade one week ago and received the product today. The HyperBladeUSA company phone # is an 1-818 area code so I assumed that the product was to be shipped from southern california (it is not). The product IS actually shipped from Hong Kong China. It took a little longer than I was originally expecting, BUT it was super fast considering shipped from HongKong - like I said - 7 days and the shipping was free. Also, I was expecting to have to pay sales tax since the company was "based" in California and I am in California, but sales tax did not show on my invoice. Performance review comparison, at the highest speed setting it is very similar to the frequency of the RRT, and the thrust difference is 3mm compared to 2 mm with the RRT, the sensation is very similar which for most people is very soothing but very effective. Most vibrating massagers have a frequency about 1/3 of this product, but a much deeper thrust (about 11 mm) making it too much thrust for sensitive areas. The RRT Pro-3 can swap out the batteries onto a charging base leaving the user with no down time, vs the HyperBlade does not have that ability so when the battery dies - you have to wait 4 - 5 hours for re-charge according to the manual. For the cost - you could have 4 of these units for the cost of one RRT and have extra to swap out if you are concerned with down time. No idea what the longevity of the HyperBlade will be but based on my experience so far I am very pleased.
I bought it for my father in law because he didn't like that his had to be plugged in and was very heavy. He was very happy with this one and said it was just as strong as the plug in version.

Similar to the above comment, i was disappointed that there were only three speeds and no extra heads, so it felt like the product I received was not as described. However, The explanation in previous comment helps -- so this is the new and improved Pro model -- omitting lower speeds and the unnecessary 4th soft head. Question: what is the true maximum speed on the Pro model that I received? The website said top speed is 7000 /rpm, but the maximum percussion speed in the manual says 6000/min.
