Overall, the product is very comfortable to use. The neck electrotherapy and heating function can lift the cervical spine and reduce cervical pain. The only drawback is that the two additional electrotherapy patches are not as strong as the neck electrotherapy. It would be better if the electrotherapy intensity could be adjusted and increased like the neck electrotherapy function.

I like this gadget very much. I had a pinched nerve, and doctors were proposing surgery. Using it for a little bit over a month and feel great. I've seen the same device somewhere else at a higher price for some reason.

I like this device because it has three critical elements of therapeutic treatment which are pertinent to my current state of neck pain which is chronic. I believe by using this device, I could save much expenses compared to regular visits to the chiropractor or physio therapist. In particular, I appreciate the traction aspect of this device, because it serves best to stretch my cervical bones which should allow the joints to be expanded and loosen up. I love this device.
